Growing, full service Long Island based promotion marketing agency is seeking an experienced Manager, Client Services. The Manager, Client Services is an operational, in-house position focused on overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures to service our clients and ensure business objectives are met. Key responsibilities include policy and procedure oversight, management of marketing assistants, supervision of account executives, business development and organizational development. Candidate must manage and train personnel, be able to multi-task, have a strong attention to detail and possess a service-oriented approach to business. Knowledge and experience with online and offline promotions a plus. College degree and 5-7 years account management/client contact required.
